By accessing or using Will&Trust ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

Will&Trust is an online platform that helps users create wills that comply with Ghana's Wills Act of 1971. Our services include:

• Guided will creation wizard
• Generation of will documents
• Secure document storage
• Lawyer review services (Premium plans)
• Will amendments and updates

3. Eligibility

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be of sound mind (testamentary capacity)
• Have a valid Ghana phone number
• Provide accurate and complete information

4. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information about yourself, your assets, and your wishes
• Keeping your account credentials secure
• Printing, signing, and witnessing your will according to Ghana law
• Storing your signed will in a safe location
• Informing your executor(s) about your will's location
• Updating your will when your circumstances change

6. Signing and Witnessing Requirements

For your will to be legally valid in Ghana, you must:

• Print the will document
• Sign the will at the end, in the presence of two witnesses
• Have both witnesses sign immediately after you, in your presence and in the presence of each other
• Ensure witnesses are adults (18+) who are NOT beneficiaries of the will

7. Pricing and Payments

Our pricing is displayed on the platform. All payments are:

• One-time fees (not subscriptions)
• Processed securely via Mobile Money or bank card
• Subject to our refund policy (7-day money-back guarantee)

8. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee if you're not satisfied with our service. To request a refund, contact us at support@willandtrust.com within 7 days of purchase. Refunds are not available after you have downloaded your completed will document.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Will&Trust and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may use generated will documents for your personal legal purposes only.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Will&Trust shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Will&Trust from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Ghana. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ghana.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
